Data controller

What data we collect

Data you send through the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional), type of event, date, venue, number of guests and notes.

Technical browsing data, collected anonymously and in aggregate by Vercel Web Analytics: pages visited, referrer and device type. No cookies are used and you cannot be identified.

If you message us on WhatsApp, the data you share in the chat is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To reply to your availability request and, if you wish, to plan your event together: a pre-contractual step taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

To understand, anonymously, how the website is used and to improve it: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or newsletters, and we never sell it.

Who processes it on our behalf

Vercel Inc. (website hosting and anonymous statistics) and Resend (delivery of contact form emails), acting as data processors. Both are based in the United States: transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Requests received through the form are kept for 24 months, or for as long as needed to manage the event and the related legal obligations (for example tax records) if the request turns into a booking.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Articles 15-22 GDPR) by writing to the email address above.

If you believe your data is not being handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
